Healthy Protein Oat Balls

Ever in the mood for something sweet, with some type of nutritional value but also doesn't taste like a piece of cardboard?

Well look no further than protein balls, you get the most bang for your buck with these tasty little treats as you can make them with so many different additives and mixtures you'll never get bored. They are also a no bake treat so you don't even have to get out the baking tins.


Salted Caramel Protein Chocolate chip Balls

- 1 1/4 cup quick oats

- 1/2 cup all natural peanut butter

- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup

- 1 scoop protein

- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 tsp chia seeds

- handful chocolate chips

- additives include (nuts, shredded carrots, cranberries, raisins, coconut flakes, apple flakes)


Directions

- Mix oats, cinnamon, protein powder, chia seeds, and additives of your choosing

- Combine peanut butter, honey and vanilla extract with oat combination and mix well with spoon until all ingredients are combined throughout

- Roll into small balls about 1-2 inches and store in fridge for at least an hour to harden

- Can roll in powdered sugar, coconut flakes or coco powder for an extra flavor boost
